Breakfast:
Take your breakfast is like a king. This will help you as like your body fuel. Blood sugar levels maintain the required levels throughout the day.
Reduce taking red tea and coffee:

Put lots of fresh fruits and vegetables into your daily diet. This will fulfill your fiber needs. This fiber plays a significant role in controlling your blood sugar level. Fruits and vegetables will get plenty of anti-oxidants, which will increase your energy level. These vitamins and minerals will keep your brain sharp.
Eat a little amount but repeatedly:
Divided your total meal taking time into 4-5 parts a day (every time eat little amount). As you eat frequently, the stomach will be filled. As you take your meal frequently, your fatigue, depression, and sleepiness will be less.

Besides this, it makes the body healthy. So to reduce stress try to travel to a beautiful place with your friend & family. Try to travel noise-free place

Exercise:
Exercise is one of the best ways to reduce stress. Exercise like makes your body fit and healthy, on the other way, it helps you to reduce stress. When you do exercise regularly your body turns healthy and fit and you feel confident, which helps to reduce stress.

Watch movies and listen to relaxing music:
Now we are busy with our job work. When we do the same work day after day, we feel boring and lose happiness. Which turns to stress one day. To get out of this boring life or to remove boringness you can watch good movies and you can listen to relaxing music. Which makes your mind fresh and relaxed.

Do yoga:
Yoga is one of the best ways to reduce stress. Many people think exercise and yoga are the same things. But this is the wrong idea. Exercise and yoga are totally different things.
Exercise gives you a fit and healthy body, removes fat, helps to lose weight, and gives you a perfect body shape. But yoga makes you give you a fit body, also relaxes your mind, and centralizes your mind and body at one point. When you do yoga and relax your mind you will feel free from stress. So try to do yoga every day. It will help you to reduce mental stress.

Read good books:
Book is the best friend we know. A good book makes a person wise and happy. Now this modern time 80% to 90% of people are busy with social media, TV, or the internet. We need these things (social media, TV, internet) in our life. But most of us spend half of the day on it. But it is wrong, besides all of our works and entertainment we need to read books. A good book gives you knowledge, ideas, and happiness. From a good book, you can know the meaning of life, which 100% helps you to reduce your stress.

Play Game:
Playing a game is also a very good way to reduce stress. Now we do not like playing games on the playground. We like to play games on social media or on smartphones. But it does not reduce your stress, but also it will increase your stress. Besides your all daily life works try to play different games on the playground. It makes your body fit, lose weight, and also helps you to remove stress. It is better to play different games with your friends & family members.
