1. Joint pain and problems:

More exercise is not good. When we do exercise we move our body, and all our body’s joints also move. So if you do more exercise then you may feel joint pain in your body. Also, more exercise may create problems in your body joints.

2. Muscle pain and problem:

More exercise may arise problems and pain in our body muscles. Sometimes, due to more exercise, it may cause muscle failure. And this problem may affect your body for a lifetime.

3. Heart problems :

Exercise like walking, cycling, swimming, etc is good for heart patients. But more exercise is dangerous for heart patients. When we do an exercise, that time we need more breath and oxygen. Also our heart pomp more blood for more oxygen. So, if a heart patient does more exercise then he/she may face serious injury. Sometime it may go to a heart attack. So, heart patients must follow his exercise chat or rules and not do more exercise.

4. Women’s period problem:

Women want to exercise more. Because women are aware of their health and figure. Also, they want to lose extra weight and keep fit. For this reason, women want to do more exercise to lose weight quickly. But this is totally wrong. If a women exercise more a day, then she may face a missing period problem. So to lose weight, do not exercise too much.

5. Mental health problem:

One research says, if anyone exercises more than 7.5 hours/week, then he/she may suffer mental health problems. Like- concern, dejections, loneliness, etc. So most the doctor and exercise experts suggest that, exercise every day but not too much.

6. feel tired:

Remember exercise is good but over-exercise not only reduces your performance but also makes you feel tired. When you start to exercise you need to understand your body’s limits. Also between 2 sessions, take sufficient rest. Otherwise, you will feel tired all day and you may not keep concentration on your study or your job.

7. Sleeplessness:

We all know exercise relaxes our body and mind, which helps us to get healthy health and mind. It also helps us to get good sleep. But if you exercise more than you recommended then you will feel sleepless. And if you suffer sleeplessness then all day you feel tired and your mind will be scattered.
